Ian Rogers

After completing a Master’s Degree at Imperial College London, Ian embarked on a career in IT, quickly establishing himself as a highly mobile and versatile Project Manager. He specialised in delivering complex Oracle E-Business projects, taking on major assignments across Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. In 2000, Ian co-founded?Asparona?in New Zealand, building it into a trusted Oracle Partner with deep expertise in Oracle E-Business and Middleware solutions. When Deloitte New Zealand acquired Asparona, Ian turned his focus to?TEAM IM, where he became a significant investor and, in 2022, assumed the role of CEO. Under his leadership, TEAM IM entered a transformative phase. In 2023, the company signed the?Oracle Alloy partnership agreement, and in August 2024 proudly launched New Zealand’s first hyper scale sovereign cloud region under the brand?TEAM Cloud—a landmark achievement in the country’s digital infrastructure journey.
