Oracle ACE Associate, Senior Developer, and community leader with over three decades of experience delivering web, cloud, and enterprise content solutions across New Zealand, Australia, and the U.S.

Currently a Senior Developer at ACC, where I support Oracle Cloud, Fusion Middleware, Salesforce administration, and SilverStripe development. I’m part of the Salesforce Ninja team and contribute to internal initiatives like ACC’s Technology & Data Culture Rōpū and Home Grown Scrum Master Development Programme.

I’m also the President of the New Zealand Oracle User Group (NZOUG), leading national webinars, community engagement, and our annual Tūtahi conference. I rebuilt our website on Wix, and am guiding the organisation’s transition under the new Incorporated Societies Act of 2022.

Recognised as an Oracle ACE Associate for my ongoing contributions to the global Oracle community, I’m passionate about mentoring, speaking, blogging and growing inclusive, values-driven tech communities — especially within the context of Te Ao Māori in tech.
