Chad is the President of the New Zealand Oracle Users Group (NZOUG) and an Oracle ACE Associate recognised for his expertise, community leadership, and commitment to sharing knowledge across Aotearoa. With deep experience in Oracle development, APEX, and cloud solutions, Chad has spent his career helping organisations harness technology to innovate and connect.

Since taking on the NZOUG presidency, Chad has led a major transformation of the organisation — launching a modern website, revitalising communications, and expanding events nationwide. He was the driving force behind Tūtahi: NZOUG 2025, a one-day conference designed to unite and inspire Oracle professionals across New Zealand.

Known for his engaging presentation style and trademark humour, Chad brings energy and insight to every session. He’s passionate about growing the Oracle community, exploring the potential of AI and automation, and celebrating the uniquely Kiwi spirit that defines NZOUG.
