Pratheek Talla is an Oracle Cloud SME with extensive experience delivering enterprise solutions across the public sector. Currently working with a government agency in New Zealand, he specializes in Oracle Fusion Analytics, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle ERP, Oracle cloud transformation, and digital enablement for finance, InfraOperations, and procurement functions. Passionate about driving operational efficiency and innovation in public service, Pratheek actively participates in regional Oracle user communities and cross-agency collaboration initiatives.

17+ years’ experience, Demonstrated ability to Design Architecture, Development, lead, manage, Pre-Sales , POC’s , Involved in RFX and deliver results on both strategic and tactical levels, with domain expertise that includes .Provide mentorship to team members and Business users. My key strengths lies in working with clients, internal team members, and external business partners, stakeholders to build strong teams and achieve seamless execution.

In addition to my current role, I am also a board member of the New Zealand 🇳🇿 Oracle User Group (NZOUG) organization. It is an honor to be the secretary of NZOUG, which provides a forum to share ideas, webinars, In Person events,helping Oracle Customers to learn and practice various Oracle Cloud Services, such as OCI, FDI, OIC, DBCS, ADB, IDCS, OCI security, Cloud pricing, License and Software Contract Optimization, Analytics, and more and insights about the importance of Oracle management and the interests of all Oracle users. I also believe my position in NZOUG will enable me to stay connected with the wider Oracle community across New Zealand.

I hold a Master’s degree from Staffordshire University, UK , along with multiple Oracle certifications.
