Richard Dalvi is a passionate Oracle APEX Professional with over 3 decades of experience in IT. He started application development using Clipper, Oracle Forms (D2K), and later using APEX and AI to build numerous applications for enterprise clients from various industry verticals, worldwide. Richard is an Oracle ACE Director, and Certified Professional in Oracle APEX, OCI Architect, Project Management (PMP). He is actively involved in sharing knowledge and solutions through conferences, webinars, etc. Spoken in major user group conferences in Australia, Singapore and India. He has built a strong community exclusively for Oracle APEX in India called INOAUG.
