Francisco Alvarez is the Global CTO at Miracle Group, leading global technology strategy across Oracle AI, OCI, Oracle Database, Exadata, application development, consulting, licensing, managed services, hardware, and enterprise support. He is a former Oracle Distinguished Product Manager, long-time Oracle ACE Director, published writer, global Oracle community leader, and internationally recognized speaker. Francisco has presented at more than 350 events across 45+ countries and has received multiple international awards, including prestigious Oracle Magazine recognition and an Oracle Excellence Award. His areas of expertise include Oracle AI, OCI, Exadata, Oracle Database, data resilience, APEX, and enterprise modernization. He is also the creator of CrashSimulator, an open-source Oracle-focused project designed to demonstrate resilience, failure simulation, and practical innovation. Francisco holds an MBA and combines deep technical expertise with executive strategy, commercial growth, and global community leadership. Outside technology, he represents Australia as part of the Dragon Boat National Team, the Auroras.
